Size guide
Clothes are sized by age, shoes by EU number. Every centimetre here is approximate — each brand cuts a little differently.

On many European labels the size is the height itself: “92” fits a child up to about 92 cm.

How to measure
- HeightNo shoes, back against a wall — from the floor to the top of the head.
- FootHeel against the wall, on a sheet of paper: mark the longest toe and measure. Go by the longer foot.
- Between two sizesTake the larger one. Not sure? Send us your child’s age and height.
How do I choose the right size?
Clothes are sized by age, and the table gives the approximate height for each age. Height is the better guide: if your child is tall or petite for their age, choose by height.

Do sizes differ between brands?
A little — every brand cuts slightly differently, so treat the table as a guide. If you’re unsure, send us your child’s age and height and we’ll help you choose.
Delivery

Where do you deliver?
Across Armenia — Yerevan and every region, including Gyumri, Vanadzor, Dilijan and Tsaghkadzor.
How long does delivery take?
Yerevan: within 24 hours of your order. Other regions: 2–3 working days.
For deliveries outside Yerevan you’ll get an SMS when your parcel is handed to the courier.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing at the moment: as part of a current promotion, delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Armenia.
Returns & exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and unwashed, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
How do I arrange a return or exchange?
Email info@baby-shop.am or call +374 99 248606 with your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange. Our courier then collects it from your address, free of charge.
How do I get my money back?
By bank transfer, or in cash when the courier collects the item.
Is there anything I can’t return?
For hygiene and safety reasons we can’t take back baby underwear, pacifiers, feeding accessories or personalised items.
Orders & payment

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your saved addresses and order history in one place.
How can I pay?
Prices are in Armenian dram (֏) and include taxes. To find out how you can pay for your order, please contact us before ordering — by phone, email or Instagram.
Can I see prices in dollars or roubles?
Yes, switch the currency at the top of the page. Prices are set in dram; dollar and rouble amounts are an approximate conversion, for reference.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once an order has been handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled.
What does “On the way” mean?
The piece isn’t in Armenia yet but is on its way, and you can pre-order it now. If you need it by a particular date, ask us before you order.
Is there a discount on my first order?
Yes — subscribe to our newsletter and get 10% off your first order. The code is valid for 31 days.
Authenticity & brands

Are your products genuine?
Yes. We import original clothing and shoes from international children’s brands, from Europe and the US.
Which brands do you carry?
International children’s labels. The brands in stock right now are listed on our About page and in the shop’s brand filter.
What are the clothes made of?
It depends on the brand and the piece. If the composition isn’t in the product description, ask us and we’ll tell you what the label says.

What does an account give me?
Saved delivery addresses and your order history. You can sign up with your email or with Google.
I forgot my password. What now?
Write to info@baby-shop.am from the email address you registered with, and we’ll help you reset it.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your account page and choose “Delete account”, or email us from your registered address. The Delete account page explains exactly what is removed.
