Welcome to BabyShop. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Use
You must be at least 18 years old or visiting our store under the supervision of a parent or guardian to make purchases. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
2. Product Information & Accuracy
We strive to display our products, including sizes, colors, and textures, as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings. Product availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to correct any typos regarding pricing or descriptions.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in Armenian Dram (֏) and include applicable taxes. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in Armenia and secure online payment options. Prices do not include delivery fees (which are currently free for all orders as a promotional offer).
4. Order Cancellation & Edits
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched with our courier.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any purchases made through our store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yerevan.
