We strive to make shopping for your little ones as easy and risk-free as possible. Read below for detailed information on our shipping options, delivery times, and hassle-free returns policy.
1. Shipping Destinations & Cost
We ship to all regions and cities in Armenia, including Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor, Dilijan, and Tsaghkadzor. As part of our current promotion, delivery is FREE for all orders, regardless of the order size or destination.
2. Delivery Times
• Yerevan: Orders are delivered within 24 hours of placement. • Regions outside Yerevan: Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an SMS notification once your package is dispatched with our courier.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchases. If an item doesn't fit or isn't to your liking, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all store tags attached.
4. How to Return or Exchange
To schedule a return or exchange: 1. Contact us via email (info@baby-shop.am) or call us (+374 99 248606). 2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return/exchange. 3. Our courier will visit your address to pick up the item. Refunds are processed through bank transfer or in cash upon collection.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on baby underwear, pacifiers, feeding accessories, or items that have been customized.
